We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Associate Human Capital. This role will support various Human Capital initiatives, with primary exposure to talent management, learning and development, and performance management, while also contributing to broader HR projects and operational activities.

Requirements
Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Capital / Human Resources, preferably in HR Development or Performance Management
Familiar with performance appraisal processes and employee development programs
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good attention to detail and time management skills
Proficiency in working with spreadsheets, presentations, dashboards, and reporting tools to support data-driven decisions
Fluent in English both written and spoken with proven IELTS/TOEFL/TOEIC Certificate.
Support the implementation of various Human Capital programs and initiatives
Assist in talent management processes, including talent review and succession planning activities
Coordinate and administer training and development programs (internal and external)
Identify and monitor employee development needs and maintain related documentation
Support the end-to-end performance appraisal process and compile evaluation results
Prepare reports and provide data analysis to support HR decision-making
Ensure proper documentation, database maintenance, and reporting for HR activities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support organizational and people-related projects
Perform other Human Capital-related duties as assigned
