Sales Executive

Full-Time

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our consulting solutions to a diverse range of corporate clients. This role requires strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to work in international and multicultural environments.

Requirements

  • Indonesian citizen (WNI).

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in consulting services, technical solutions, or B2B environments.

  • Familiarity with aviation, and asset management industries is a plus.

  • Fluent in English both written and spoken with proven IELTS/TOEFL/TOEIC Certificate.

  • Strong consultative selling skills, negotiation abilities, and a client-focused mindset.

  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.

  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.

  • Willing to engage in professional networking and client relationship-building activities, including in informal environments such as business dinners, industry events, or social gatherings.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across assigned markets.

  • Conduct client meetings (virtual and in-person) to understand business needs and present tailored consulting solutions.

  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and lead negotiations to secure business deals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and client satisfaction.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.

  • Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and professional networking events.

  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to management.
